PJSC Fleet of Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port was set up in 1992 as a result of demerger of Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port PJSC structure and nowadays it is the biggest towage company among the similar companies servicing ships in Russian ports, and the only independent commercial organization rendering full range of port services to shipowners in the port of Novorossiysk.
