Recruitment Department Recruitment Department was established in the beginning of 2014. Appearance of the new department was associated with development of our company and growing demand for qualified seafarers. We are young team and we know that people are our most valuable asset. Our main task is to select the best employees for more than 50 vessels of Reederei Strahlmann Company. We are always looking for skilled seafarers who are interested in working in our fleet. Fact that our company has many ships makes give us a chance to make appropriate selection of candidate considering their experience. Our intention is to provide solid, well-qualified crews, taking in consideration high safety standard on board.
