Lapa Saint-Petersburg is searching for CHIEF COOK on Crude Oil Tanker.ETJ – MID FEBSalary around 2600 (However salary depends on overtimes and professional skills of the exact candidate.)KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE: • Ordering provisions and maintaining food stores to the required levels• Receiving and controlling all supplies• Ensuring the proper preservation and segregation of foodstuffs in dry, cold and frozen storage• Providing healthy meal together with a reasonable degree of variety• Preparation of daily meals and food using correct and hygienic means• Maintaining the galley and storerooms in a clean and hygienic condition• Preparation of regular consumption reports as required by the Master• Adopting safe working practicesIt is important for gent to have experience in mix crew, to work with different nationalities as there are Indonesians (Muslims) onboard.Officers are Russian.ONLY RUSSIAN CITISENSHIPApplications should be sent to andrei.vasilev@lapamarine.com or call +79219322405
