Maintains all woodwork and basic steel welding aboard incl. passenger cabins and crew cabins (Under directionof Chief Officer or Bosun)Anchor Windlass Operator (Anchoring & going Alongside)To be in charge of watering operations (By direction of Chief Officer & with Engineer assistance when necessary)Maintains woodworking shop including inventories and orderingReports monthly to the Chief Officer on works completed or plannedLogs the daily water balance by tank and osmosis production and calculates consumption(Entered in Deck Logbook)Takes part in deck washing, loading stores & provisions, passenger baggage, and brass polishingStanding a 2 hour lookout watch including watch group duties alongside or at anchor if in possession of watch keeping
