Chief Cook (Cook) Sea Jobs

The Chief Cook is responsible for planning, preparing, and overseeing all meals served on board. This position involves managing the galley, supervising assistant cooks and catering staff, and ensuring food is prepared to high standards of hygiene and quality. The Chief Cook must be able to create menus, manage food inventories, and accommodate dietary requirements of both crew and passengers. On merchant ships, offshore vessels, and cruise liners, this role is critical in maintaining crew morale and health.
